- Custom Items: Any product that is personalized or customized by you (or on your behalf) and ordered from our supplier specifically for you cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Special Orders: Any item not in stock at the time of purchase and specially ordered from our supplier cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Standard Orders
- Standard, in-stock items may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once the item has shipped, our standard Return Policy will apply.
